Campus Des Berges de Seine

Surrounded by greenery and tranquillity while still close to Paris, the Campus Des Berges de Seine is an inspiring venue for creative corporate meetings.

Nestled in the middle of a wooded area, just 30 minutes from Orly and an hour from Roissy, this modern and airy campus has 175 rooms overlooking the Seine. During the daytime and the evening, participants are welcome to make use of the Club House, lounge area, and terrace to get to know each other, work together, or relax in company.

Chalet description

Booking process

Please request your accommodation when you register. We will try to fulfil your request for room sharing, depending on the number of applications. You will be notified at the close of registration. You will receive confirmation of your accommodation by email.

Payment

The accommodation needs to be paid before the event. You will be asked to pay directly to the venue by credit card. The venue will email you a payment link and instructions.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel attendance up to one month prior to the event (by 7 October), by contacting us at biohackathon-europe@elixir-europe.org. Please note, if you cancel after this date or do not show up at the event you will be responsible for full payment, even if you are on the invite list.
